The LAC AI Art Competition 2023 gives you a distinctive platform to narrate your culture’s global journey using AI’s transformative power. As an artist, AI becomes your canvas. We’re inviting creators from Latin America and the Caribbean to weave the historical tapestry of their cultures in a global context. The competition unfolds in three intriguing stages.

Selection Criteria
Learn rulesThe path to the grand prize is paved with creativity, originality, and a deep understanding of your cultural narrative. Our panel of judges will make their selection based on these key components:
- Creativity (30%): Does your artwork showcase a unique and innovative approach? Does it push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI art?
- Originality (30%): We value art that is unique and distinctive, art that could only have come from you.
- Narrative Quality (20%): Does your artwork tell a compelling story about the global influence of your culture?
- AI Usage (20%): How effectively and interestingly did you incorporate AI tools in your art creation?
